Live Pilates

Live Pilates

These sessions much appreciated especially by those of us who do not go to online classes during the pandemic. Both teachers are excellent and it’s great to feel stretched again. And a good use of Islington Council’s lovely community centres.

Ten medical studies using Pilates in the 60-80 age range showed high effect in improved muscle strength, walking and gait performances, mood and quality of life and moderate to high effect on dynamic balance.
