Strength and Stability Class

A free standing, free flowing, gentle & simple coordinated aerobic rich warm up with standing pre-stretches. Followed by a mix of standing leg and core strengthening exercises which will help improve/maintain good posture, balance and strength. Then moving onto mat based tummy, back and arm strengthening exercises or alternatively a chair based option using exercise bands…. ending the session with mat or chair based cool down post stretches.
