Class Description

A slow controlled balance training exercise class to match each individual’s ability.
It will improve and increase the body’s reaction time to becoming off balance, improve posture, ie tummy and back muscle strengthening, and improve walking with stronger regular steps.

It promotes looking forward rather than downwards, giving confidence to do everyday tasks like travelling on public transport, gardening, and day-to-day activities. Things will become easier and less tiring  because your energy levels and mood will get better and better.
