Body Breathing
This is great for people with long-term conditions such as Parkinsons, MS, Fibromyalgia etc. We calm the nervous system and boost the immune system helping to manage any long-term condition. By combining elements of mindfulness, yoga and Tai-Chi we increase patience and establish slow, long-term improvements. Everything improves with regular, gentle exercise.
