Since we began I have lost 12lb. I really like this slow systematic approach to losing weight. I’ve had weeks when I haven’t lost anything but even the ability to maintain a steady weight without putting anything on is a triumph and as you say, eventually when we get to our desired weight is what we need to do.

GP Dr. David Unwin’s research proves low carb diets can radically improve Type 2 Diabetes. This is a support group to help each other gradually improve our diet. We set-up easy low-key aims and check-in each week to share and keep on-track. You will be amazed how the weight falls off, how quickly you get used to it and how you don’t get so hungry.
