Live Keep Fit
In 2022 I had 4 falls. In March 2023 I began the Balance and Strength Class and not had a fall since and I’m sure it’s because of these classes.
I’ve found a class where I am able to do all the exercises and I don’t have to sit any out.
Sarah-Jane understands what older people need and clearly enjoys working with us. I feel I’m really benefiting from this class.
