I’ve been doing the sleep yoga classes with Peter for a few months now, and really look forward to them. Peter is a wonderful teacher, always calm, patient & gentle. His instructions are clear and easy to follow, and his voice helps lead you to a deeply relaxed state. A beautiful way to end the day!

I have found these classes incredibly beneficial. I have noticed an improvement in my breathing, posture and balance, and my mental well being has been given a boost.

11.00am-12.00pm with Peter Ibruegger. Body Breathing for long-term health management. £3 optional donation.
